Product Information Novation Circuit Mono Station
The Novation Circuit Mono Station is a paraphonic synthesizer with 32 velocity-sensitive RGB pads. Paraphonic means that both osscilators can play different notes, but they are modulated by the same volume envelope and filter. It's inspired by the synth engine of the Bass Station II, but in a totally different synthesizer.
In addition to two oscillators (sawtooth, triangle, square and sample + hold) you 'll have a sub-oscillator and noise generator at your disposal. The pitch and sync settings can be set individually. There is also a powerful ring modulator built in as well as low, high and bandpass filters (12 dB and 24 dB slope). You'll have no less than 3 different types of distortion on board. The step automation can be set for all 53 parameters. You can choose from 16 types of scales. The modulation matrix is super handy and powerful. This is where you choose which modulators (velocity, sequencer, LFO and envelope) you use to modulate parameters (pitch, pulse width modulation, volume, filter, distortion, and auxiliary CV). The auxiliary CV is a separate output on the Novation Circuit Mono Station and can be used to control other analog gear just like the the CV and gate outputs. This synth also has a mono audio output, an audio input, USB and MIDI inputs and outputs. You can even store up to 64 patches!
