Product Information Universal Audio Apollo 16 interface
The Universal Audio Apollo is a high quality external interface with four SHARC DSP processors. The 16 in "Apollo 16" stands for the 16 analog inputs and 16 analog outputs via 4x D-sub 25 connectors. The interface can be connected with FireWire 800 and Thunderbolt for the Apple Mac. The Apollo 16 features a high quality analog circuit with optimal converters, so the sound quality is really perfect. A second Apollo can also be connected via MADI.
