This is the UA Apollo Twin Solo, this variant has two SHARC DSP Processors With a market-leading position with regard to sound resolution and real-time UAD processing the Apollo Twin sets a new standard for "dektop" music production. This 2x6 Mac Thunderbolt interface allows to incorporate the full range UAD powered plug-ins close to the zero millisecond latency - a brilliant composition of analog tones with handsome features. With the highest dynamic range and lowest disturbing the dektop interfaces Apollo Twin provides a 24-bit/192kHz sound with great clarity. The premium mic preamps, good inputs and audio conversion identical to the Apollo series, this sound card provides plenty of punch and depth. Unison Technology Apollo Twin's microphone preamps provides awesome quality. The interface is based on the pioneering integration between Apollo's analog preamplifiers and UAD processing. Unison allows the producer to further improve the sound in the bundled UA 610-B Tube Preamp plugin. The Thunderbolt connection provides super fast PCIe audio drivers for high speed and latency to all Thunderbolt Macs. Thunderbolt can provide a speed of 12x faster than FireWire 800, so that the Apollo Twin can work 'flawless'. The interface is also compatible with virtually all DAWs.
