Product Information Universal Audio UAD-2 Live Rack Ultimate
The Universal Audio UAD-2 Live Rack Ultimate is a real-time MADI effects processor that allows up to 16 channels of UAD plug-ins to be mixed live. The UAD QUAD Core processor makes it possible to use all effects without any latency.
The UAD-2 Live Rack Ultimate comes with more than 90 UAD plugins including recreations of legendary hardware such as SSL, Studer, Neve, Manley, Lexicon, Moog, Fender and more. Also included is the beloved Antares Auto-Tune Realtime plug-in, so that everyone can now use their favorite auto-tune live on stage!
Through the Live Rack app, it is possible for engineers to make use of useful functions, such as drag and zoom, copy and paste, keyboard navigation, plug-in zoom and the ability to save and retrieve channel strip presets. The Live Rack app is specially designed for live use. This recognizes, among other things, that he has large text and GUI elements, making it even easier to tweak the parameters.
Internal power supplies ensure that the UAD-2 Live Rack is completely 'fail-safe'. This means that when the computer fails, the app crashes or the thunderbolt cable is removed, the UAD-2 Live Rack will still process audio using the latest plug-in settings.
